I don’t know about anyone else, but I will never forget the unchecked greed I saw every day at the beginning of 2020 and how absolutely feral people will become with no regard for others.

#saw a post about ‘the first covid lockdown’ and it brought it all back #having to buy some groceries every day because even though I literally worked at a grocery store #I could never buy supplies for a whole meal at a time because I spent all day watching people swipe entire cases out of our hands #as we stocked and put all of it in their own cart and walk away like they were the only person in the world #or getting almost crushed under skids of paper towels and toilet paper because you’d get mobbed immediately if you were nearby it
